Shuna, of our Weybridge Clinic, trained in IHM in 2009. She has devised a unique half hour routine with the help of a therapist from Champneys. The treatment starts with deep tissue massage of the neck and shoulders, moves on to a nurturing and balancing scalp massage and finishes with pressure point work on the face. The whole thing should leave you feeling fantastic and in line for a great night's sleep!
